So you need help bypassing everything and anything on your school laptop?
If you're anything like me and go to a local public school then surely you have encountered the stupid fucking restrictions they place on those Dell Latitude 3300s (they are literally the worst fucking piece of garbage laptops in existence). In this guide I will share the collective knowledge that me and my friends possess on getting around these restrictions. Keep note that none of this information is official, therefore I don't have the solution to every single problem, and usually doing a little self research can go a long way. Also, take note everything in this guide could very well be false, true, completely made up, help, or not help you at all.
The BasicsFirst off with some simple basics, you dont have any administrator permissions whatsoever (lmao massive L). You are a user and can find your account by going to C:\users\(your student ID/username will be listed here) but really now you should already know this because you literally type your ID every single time you log onto the laptop. Anyways, because of your lack of admin (again massive L) you should take note of this little shield icon in the image to the left <--------- you are scared of this little icon. You will have immediate PTSD among seeing it and start shitting and crying on the floor immediately (no worries there are some half working bypasses for it further into the guide). Now that the Basics are over we can jump right in. (pst... there is actually a way to get full admin... but its highly discouraged...)

So uh, yeah the basics weren't over. This little mini paragraph will go over what exactly the restrictions in place are.
1. You are not administrator (you already know this).
2. The laptop has MacAfee on it, which is this god awful piece of software that consumes hella ram (your phone probably has more ram then these laptops) and literally has zero upsides. Worst of all MacAfee manages the file blacklist (I think) which I'll touch up on in a sec.
3. The main component in place for internet access is Lightspeed Systems. It manages the laptops website blacklist, and said blacklist can be updated anywhere server side. This mainly sucks because sites that are blocked on the school wifi are also blocked locally on the laptop so even though you take it home every day the local blocklist will still prevent any blocked sites from being accessed. Also mini side note for Lightspeed Systems but its actually kinda stupid how much stuff they try and block and justify it as being "unsafe" or whatever for kids (even some religious stuff is blocked lmao)
4. There is a file blacklist (MacAfee being a piece of shit). I'm not actually 100% sure about this one but from what I've noticed is that certain file names will be blocked/deleted/quarantined immediately (such as opera.exe) this is pretty easily bypass-able for .exe because you can just rename them, but for .dll or .html it's annoying because changing the name makes them un-callable (for some reason Opera GX refuses to start with no errors, not like it matters though). Another case where this is present is when unzipping, the blacklisted file names will refuse to unzip.

Simple ways to get around things
1. Files won't unzip saying something in the folder requires admin or whatever and you get a "try again" prompt - first unzip the files on another computer, rename the blocked ones to random gibberish, zip them again, transfer them back to the school laptop, unzip them, and finally change the names back (if it was an exe that was blocked just keep the random gibberish name).
2. Trying to run a game and it gives you a DirectX error (will happen with GTA SA) - if its an actual DirectX runtime error there's not much that can be done; the laptops come with DirectX 12 and that's that. The only hope you have would for it to be something on the lines of "d3dx9_xx.dll missing" and in that case you can just download the missing .dll and drag it into the game folder.
3. Regular install isn't working and your getting errors out the ass - try using a portable install of the application 99% will fix the issue and enable it to run
4. Little did you know (or maybe you did) you actually can access various different programs through batch files as well as bypassing the "this action has been disabled by your administrator" or similar prompts

Accessing (Shitty Discount) CMD
In order to do this one we're gonna have to create a batch file that basically becomes a "CMD emulator" of sorts. To start chose a location on your laptop and create a text document and name it whatever you want. Then edit it and add this code below:
@echo off
:loop
set /p_cmd= "%CD%>"
%_cmd%
goto :loop
after pasting it in, save it and replace .txt with .bat on the end (or download the already made file down below)

Accessing Powershell
Basically the same as CMD and they can honestly be interchangeable with one another but accessing PowerShell is much easier (note: PowerShell isn't blocked on some laptops). Code is below:
start powershell.exe
alright how simple was that? anyways now you have PowerShell (also another very convenient file for download down below)

Bypassing *Some* Admin
Ok so basically some programs (like notepad++ for example) will require admin to install. If they do, this method isn't a surefire way of 100% bypassing it, but it's more of a "worth a shot" approach. Code can be found below, and it basically runs the file without elevation.
cmd /c "set __COMPAT_LAYER=RUNASINVOKER && start "" "%1"
(again very convenient download file)
cmd /c "set __COMPAT_LAYER=RUNASINVOKER && start "" "%1"
(again very convenient download file)

Getting Unrestricted Internet Access
fuck yeah hentai at school (please dont actually do this)
Ok so you want to play funny run 3 or discord or literally anything after (hopefully) finishing your classwork? well you're in luck! With the simple easy steps below you'll be bypassing the block list within minutes!
