The Beginning of the end
Method 1
So you've deicided to continue with the tutorial huh? Alright lets get into it then. Another thing about these laptops (and computers in general) is the bios, ya know the little piece of software that the motherboard runs, and obviously it's higher on the tree then any OS level would be. Now these dell (specifically dell) laptops have a very interesting fact about their bios. Dell has a security measure in place which enables you to recover the bios password given you know the serial code. Turns out, the serial code can pretty easily be accessed from bios when clicking on the "unlock" button on the bottom. Now that you have the code, head over to bios-pw.org and copy it in. Click get password and follow the steps on the website until your bios is unlocked. You are now able to enable booting from usb, as well as literally just having access to the rest of the bios settings. From here on its rather obvious what you would have to do, go put arch on it (no just do what you want lol)
Method 2
For this method we will be using the built in Windows repair GUI. To get to it, navigate to "restart this pc" (windows key > restart, alt f4, actually why tf am I telling you how to restart a computer everyone knows how to do that) and make sure to hold the shift key when you click the restart button. Keep holding the shift key until the recovery menu pops up. From this menu you basically need to find a way to open file explorer (you can do this by going to troubleshoot > advanced options > system image recovery > go through recovery dialog until you find the advanced option > click it > install a driver for example). Now that file explorer is open navigate to system32 (Windows > system32) and find CMD. Rename cmd.exe to either sethc.exe (sticky keys) or utilman.exe (ease of access). Whichever one you picked make sure to rename the actual sethc.exe or utilman.exe to something arbitrary like lmao.exe so windows doesn't call it. when the renaming has commenced, back out of everything and click continue to windows 10. On the lockscreen (again depending what you picked) you can spam shift to pop up CMD or click the Windows ease of access on the bottom left to open CMD.
Method 3
Go use ophcrack or something.
fuck yeah linux bitch...
